Terms and Condition

Welcome to Hubledge Training Bootcamp. By enrolling and participating in the training course run by LM Tech Hub Limited company registration number 15166273 of 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Gardens, London WC2 9JQ – trading as “Hubledge” you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read these carefully, as they govern your participation in the bootcamp.

1. Eligibility

Participants must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age or have parental/guardian consent to enrol.
  • Meet the technical and educational prerequisites for the bootcamp as outlined during the registration process.
  • Provide accurate and complete information during registration.

2. Enrolment and Course Fees

  • Any applicant accepted onto a Hubledge course is required to pay a non-refundable deposit of 10% of the total course fee to secure their place on the course which will be deducted from the total course fees owed.
  • Upon successful registration including payment of the deposit, students must pay the full tuition for the relevant course less the deposit by the specified deadline, usually no later than the commencement of the course. Failure to make payments on time may result in suspension or termination of enrolment.
  • All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the refund policy below.
  • Scholarships or financial aid, if offered, must be applied for under specified criteria.
  • For students to pay the deposit and course fees online, Hubledge will point them in
  • the direction of the payment services provider that Hubledge uses. Alternatively, students can send payment to Hubledge designated bank account to cover both the deposit and course costs. Sometimes, potential Hubledge students may get loan offers from outside providers.
  • Hubledge has no control over these suppliers, and it has no duty or obligation for the loans or services they provide. Students must specifically conduct their research on each fund provider and the conditions of any loans or services they supply.
  • If a student fails to complete the course, Hubledge reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to charge the student the full amount of fees outstanding following confirmation that the student will not be finishing the course.

3. Refund Policy

Any deposit or course fee paid by a student in accordance with the payment plan they have chosen is not refundable unless Hubledge cancels the course on which the student is enrolled, whether before or after the course begins. In that case, the student will receive a full refund of any course fees they have already paid. There will be no reimbursement of course costs for a temporary suspension of a course lasting less than a month. When a course is suspended for more than a month, enrolled students will be offered the choice to either continue with the course when it reopens or get a pro-rata refund of their course fees for the portion of the course that was suspended.

4. Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to maintain a high level of professionalism and respect during all interactions, including with instructors, fellow students, and staff. Unacceptable behavior includes but is not limited to:

  • Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behaviour.
  • Academic dishonesty, such as plagiarism or cheating.
  • Inappropriate language or conduct in communication channels, including online forums, chat groups, and project collaboration spaces. Violation of the code of conduct may result in disciplinary action, including removal from the bootcamp without a refund.

5. Course Access and Materials

  • Students will have access to the course materials and learning management platforms for the duration of the bootcamp. Unauthorized sharing of login credentials or course materials with non-registered individuals is strictly prohibited.
  • The bootcamp content, including all materials, videos, code samples, and other resources, are the intellectual property of “Hubledge” or third-party providers and may not be copied, distributed, or reproduced without permission.

6. Attendance and Participation

  • Full participation is expected throughout the program. Absenteeism or lack of participation without prior notification to instructors may result in a grade reduction.
  • Certain components of the program, such as live classes or group projects, require attendance at specific times. Failure to meet these commitments may affect your ability to complete the course successfully.

6. Assessments and Certification

  • Students must complete all assignments, projects, and assessments to receive a certificate of completion.
  • Certificates are awarded based on successful completion of the program and demonstration of proficiency in the key areas of the course.
  • Hubledge reserves the right to withhold certificates in cases of academic dishonesty or failure to meet program requirements.

7. Technology Requirements

Participants are responsible for ensuring they have access to the necessary hardware, software, and internet connectivity to complete the bootcamp. Hubledge is not responsible for any technical issues caused by inadequate student equipment.

8. Liability

  • Hubledge will not be held liable for any personal injury, damage to property, or loss resulting from participation in the bootcamp.
  • Students are responsible for their actions and any content or submissions they make during the bootcamp, including compliance with applicable laws regarding intellectual property, data privacy, and content use.

9. Termination and Withdrawal

  • Hubledge reserves the right to terminate a student’s enrolment for violations of the code of conduct, failure to meet academic standards, or non-payment of fees.
  • Students wishing to withdraw from the bootcamp must notify the administration in writing. Refunds for withdrawals, if any, will be processed according to the refund policy.

10. Privacy Policy

  • By enrolling, students agree to the collection and processing of their personal information by Hubledge Privacy Policy. This includes the use of personal data for communication, certification, and any administrative purposes related to the bootcamp.

11. Modifications to the Terms and Conditions

Hubledge reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Students will be notified of any significant changes. Continued participation in the bootcamp constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
